Status glossary

One place that defines every status, so the same word never means two things across the two boards.

Product Planning (NPI) - image review

Statuses on each item’s per-task subitems (photography_originals, photography_versions, renders, ppid_images, and the rest) as they move through the Iconik Review Process.

Humans write only four of these - Approved, Revisions Needed, Revisions Done, and For James Review. The board writes everything else.

PMM Review	Awaiting Product Marketing Manager review	Board

Marketing Creative Requests (MCR)

BRAT intake outcomes (the readiness gate - see BRAT):

Outcome	Meaning
✅ Sufficient	Enough to start; moves into the work queue
⚠️ Needs Attention	Something is missing; fix one thing
⛔ Rejected	Not enough to work with; resubmit with specifics

Board lifecycle groups: Triage -> In Progress -> Completed (or Cancelled -> Archive).

Status columns:

Copy Status	Copy/script progress only, in play only when the ticket needs copy
Work Status	The assignee’s production status for visual assets
Review Status	Position in the approval-chain sign-off [who signs off]
Ticket Status	Overall ticket state
Override (HUMAN)	Project manager lever to promote a ready ticket now [how it works]
Override (BRAT)	Project manager lever to make BRAT re-evaluate a locked ticket [how it works]
